We will not collect personal information from you without your consent.

Data voluntarily provided through the enquiry form will only be used for the purpose it was provided, such as answering a question or replying to an enquiry. 

The personal data we receive will not be given out to a third party unless it is necessary for the purpose for which is was provided, or if it is requested by the police or another authoritative body.

Any data Forsythe Joinery receives is provided in compliance with the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 1998. We don’t currently send out any mass emails or newsletters, and in the event that we do we will first contact you to determine if you wish to receive them. 

Information collected automatically 

The Krystal web server hosting this website collects anonymous information about your visit such as the type of web browser and operating system you are using, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit. We cannot identify you personally from this information. The information is used to understand how people use the website and how we may improve the site in future. This data is not share with any third parties. 

Storing your personal data 

Whilst we have taken all reasonable precautions to store your data securely, sending information over the internet can never be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore sending and receiving of personal data may be liable to being intercepted and is done entirely at your own risk.

We do our utmost to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to make sure that your data is stored securely.

The Krystal web server uses cookies to help us compile the statistics mentioned above. When someone visits forsythejoinery.co.uk we use a third-party service, Matomo Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Matomo Analytics to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. The information is stored soley on the forsythejoinery.co.uk server and is only accessible to us as admins.
